▪◌ MINUTES OF MEETING
1. Opening of prayer by Sir Yul Torralba.
2. Reading of previous minutes of the secretary. Agenda were also
presented.
3. Sir. Yul provided the meeting and talked about the need for a foot
path.
4. Mrs. Rumalya asked about the water supply in school which was of
importance too.
5. Sir Yul answered that it needs to be followed up by the principal since
it is already included in the contractor’s package.
6. Kagawad Zamora suggested the contractor must supply water pipes
going to the 4th floor of the building.
7. Mr. Avancina asked if there are water tanks and suggested a
reversible pump.
8. Sir Yul suggested the school must apply in COWD.
9. Ms Abiles said that COWD have placed pipes already in Ecoville.
10. Kagawad Zamora suggested that we focus 1st on water problem.
11. Kagawad Yul : Water is part of the MOOE.
12. Ms. Rumalya suggested that resolutions be made to avoid
technicalities. Whatever will be resolved, make a resolution.
13. Ms. Aquino speaks on her credibility as a treasurer. There is
transparency and financial reports were made during her time. She does not
want her kids to be bullied based on her performance.
14. Kag Yul Torralba agreed on the making of resolutions.
15. One parent president asked if she can pay through the teacher.
16. Kag Yul said no. He mentioned of D.O.54.
17. Kag Zamora: We can make a resolution to collect the GPTA fee 50,
Since DEPED made the “no collection policy”.
18. Mr. Ocularis suggested using a temporary receipt.
19. Kagawad Yul mentioned about the SEC registration which was
discontinued due to excessive processing of papers like TIN, bank maintaining
balance of 10k,etc. We don’t have an official receipt now. We may use an
acknowledgement receipt/ T.R. with the L.N.H.S. logo & name.
20. Mr. Ocularis said that we can have a fund raising but students won’t
be included.
21. Kagawad Yul suggested that we must have a homeroom meeting first
to talk about the footpath contributions so that parents will cooperate & pay.
22. Mr. Avancina insist we use the T.R./ temporary receipt.
23. Kagawad Yul said that we can start collecting payments on August.
He also mentioned P.R.C. on parents who do not join P.T.A. meetings.
24. A parent asked about what penalties can we impose to absentee
presidents?
25. Kagawad Yul said that it was stated in the P.R.C. penalties for that,
like, 4x absences = 5k if won’t pay, there is imprisonment…
26. Mr. Avancena asked that parents must pay their projects for the sake
of their children.
27. One parent suggested that P.R.C. copies be distributed to parents in
Visayan.
28. Mr. Avancena suggested that P.E. uniforms be made compulsory
because it looks good & they will be noticed wherever they go.
29. Mrs. Aquino stated that she can receive payments in her house. She
can also report to school every Friday. Students may also buy the uniform
themselves and pay only 50 Pesos for the school logo printing.
30. Mrs. Panis mentioned that P.E. uniforms are still to be ordered in
Manila if the sizes are not available.

31. Kagawad Yul said that he will print P.R.C. copies and itemized
G.P.T.A. fees on July 31 to be given to advisers for the H.P.T.A. on Aug. 2.
32. It was agreed by the body that H.P.T.A. will be conducted 1st on 8/2.
Advisers will send an invitation to H.R. parents on 8/2 Friday 3 pm.
33. It was also suggested that we hold our meetings at the first floor in
consideration of senior citizens and C.R use.
34. A parent suggested a GPTA office where we can also hold office and
the treasurer can stay there to receive payments.
35. Mrs. ___ asked that officers commit themselves in joining meetings
for the success of our plans.
36. Meeting adjourned at 10:45 am.
