Introduction
Review of previous lesson: Students have learned how to deal with matching headings
questions in IELTS Reading. They were provided with skimming and scanning techniques,
also how to approach this type of question in the exam. They have built up academic
vocabulary on the topic of wildlife under threat

Objectives of this lesson (tell students about them): At the end of the lesson, students should
be able to:
- Respond to True/False/Not Given and Yes/No/Not Given questions in different contexts
more confidently.
- Approach True/False/Not Given and Yes/No/Not Given systematically by using reading
skills and strategies.
- Apply paraphrasing techniques in IELTS Reading.
