Detailed Lesson Plan in Physical Education Hand Movements and


Positions in Cheer dance

I. Objectives:

At the end of the lesson the students must be able to:

a. Identify the different terminologies in Hand Movements and Positions in Cheer dance.

b. Appreciate the value of proper exercise to the efficient and effective performance in cheer
dance.
