Assessment F D C B A
Comments:
Formative assessment data is sometimes used to inform planning. I would recommend that
you keep the formative and summative assessments data records for future practices.
Reflection on Practice F D C B A
Comments:
Reflects on relationships with students as part of professional practice.
Action Plan: *1 the two shapes you draw on the board the one that has only circles and then
squares and the other one that had one circle and one square. You mentioned that is not sorting,
but it’s a pattern, you said we can’t do that, but we can as we create a pattern. The activities did
not take a long time, so I would recommend that you rotate students around all the groups so
they all are exposed to different types of sorting like, by shape, by colour and by size.
