SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, FILOMENA B. BELA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of No. 25
Sampaguita Street, Barangay A. Samson, Balintawak, Quezon City, one of the heirs of SANTOS
CARLOS BAETIONG and PILAR OLIVEROS BAETIONG do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
and APPOINT, PAUL VERLIN D. CASAJE and CHONA CEYNAS, both of legal age,
married, Filipino and a resident of Hagonoy, Bulacan and Malolos, Bulacan, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact, in my behalf, name, place and stead to do and perform the following:

1. To FACILITATE and REPRESENT me in the transfer of TCT NO.-T-866 under the names
of IAN GO and MARYLOU LIM, by virtue of an Extra Judicial Settlement with Deed of
Absolute Sale.
2. To SIGN, EXECUTE and ACKNOWLEDGE all pertaining papers and documents in
relation thereto;
3. To perform such acts as may be necessary and required in the execution and accomplishment
of the powers given to her.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to perform each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as our might or could do if personally
present and acting, and hereby ratifying and conforming all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
