The lesson plan was detailed and providing pictures and the supporting ideas that she adds and applying it in the lesson.
according to the lesson plan Ms. Reem was following what she planned exactly and smoothly. She differentiated by groups
activity and oral question while they were in the carpet. Using visual resources and using their fine-motor skills. She focused in
low-level students for extra supporting.

The way she talks gives a positive impact of appropriate language. Good teacher voice that gives a good explanation of the
activity and modeling. She used the redirect technique for the students to not get distract or confused and using the teacher
routine and rules to keep the students on task and focusing with her when she wants to announce. Ms. Reem using each
strategies until she gets their attention. Using timer for the time management.

Developing different strategies as a formal observation and having different experience. When we have been
discussing she was grateful and understandable. We found it valuable because we have different ability and
experiences so by giving suggestions and idea of how to develop and what to keep it up.
