Giving a motivation when clapping and gives
stickers for the students and warm hugs where the
students feel that he/she did a great work.
The students have been working hard and trying
their best to achieves and gets what they want in
such as stickers or clapping from their classmates.

She uses her body languages and reading the story she made with a perfect voice changing and the punctuality. Using
visual in pictures and moving the pictures while reading picture gives a attraction and the enjoyable of listening. She has
sorting the students in 5 rows to keep them equal and the students can see the pictures and the teacher as well.

The lesson plan was detailed and providing pictures and the supporting ideas that she adds and applying it in the lesson.
according to the lesson plan Ms. Reem was following what she planned exactly and smoothly. She differentiated by groups
activity and oral question while they were in the carpet. Using visual resources and using their fine-motor skills. She focused in
low-level students for extra supporting.

The way she talks gives a positive impact of appropriate language. Good teacher voice that gives a good explanation of the
activity and modeling. She used the redirect technique for the students to not get distract or confused and using the teacher
routine and rules to keep the students on task and focusing with her when she wants to announce. Ms. Reem using each
strategies until she gets their attention. Using timer for the time management.

She was walking and checking each student work and if they need help and when she seeing a student working hard, she gives
him/her a positive comments to keep him up. Giving at the end of the lesson an oral question and ask them different question
that is suitable for their levels to check if they understand or they need more supporting.

A good relationship with the student
Using a loud teacher voice with a clear instruction for her
students to get the concept of the lesson and the ideas
Using visual resources and the story I enjoyed the story!
And the student was fully focused and active with the
student teacher.
Since she was active and moving and the students were
active with you!, I couldn’t find any further development
except of not just focusing on low-level students because
some students in different groups need supporting and keep
checking in each group or having a helper for each group to
help his/her peers.

Developing different strategies as a formal observation and having different experience. When we have been
discussing she was grateful and understandable. We found it valuable because we have different ability and
experiences so by giving suggestions and idea of how to develop and what to keep it up.
