partnership has profited P50 Million pesos.

7. Jose, Andres and Apolinario created a partnership on the year 2010. They have gained profits and likewise
created liabilities. On the year 2019, Miguel entered their partnership. The three original partners wanted
Miguel to contribute to the liabilities they have incurred however Miguel was quick to answer that he was
not a partner when the debts were incurred, hence he is not liable thereto. Who among them is correct?

8. Manuel a construction businessman wanted to find the best partner for his universal partnership venture,
the construction of the bridge that will connect San Carlos City and Toledo City, Cebu. He went to Secretary
Villa, the current secretary of DPWH because he knows that Sec. Villa has knowledge of the bridge
construction. What are the implication of the said partnership created by Manuel and Sec. Villa? Why?
