MARKETS’ SUMMARY
 At close, the Sensex was up 172.69 points or 0.43% at 40,412.57, while Nif-
ty was up 53.40 points or 0.45% at 11,910.20. About 1001 shares have ad-
vanced, 1451 shares declined, and 188 shares are unchanged.

 GAIL, Zee Entertainment, NTPC, IOC and ONGC were among major
gainers on the Nifty, while losers include Yes Bank, Hindalco Industries,
Vedanta, Hero MotoCorp and Bharti Airtel.

 V-Guard Industries promoter sells 1.2% stake: Kochouseph Chittilappilly, promoter of V -

Guard Industries, sold 51.20 lakh shares, constituting 1.2% of the total paid up capital of the
company, on December 10, 2019, in the open market to raise funds for a Social project
which is in implementation at Kochi.

 Geojit Financial Services maintaines buy on Aurobindo Pharma: Research house expect
company to continue its steady performance in FY20E and post strong EPS growth of 21.3%
YoY in FY21E. Near term catalysts include strong pipeline, Sandoz deal closure and poten-
tial approvals from USFDA.

 HG Infra Engineering get appointment date from NHAI: The company has received the ap-
pointment date i.e. 10.12.2019 from the National Highways Authority of India for the project
construction of Eight-Lane Carriage way starting at Haryana-Rajasthan border and ends at
Junction with SH44 section of Delhi-Vadodara Green Field Alignment on EPC Mode under
Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Raiasthan. .

 Prakash Industries declared successful bidder for Bhaskarpara coal mine: The Company had
participated in the 8th Tranche of Coal Blocks auction conducted by Ministry of Coal and
had emerged as the highest bidder for the Bhaskarpara Coal Mine in Chhattisgarh.

 Ujjivan Small Finance Bank IPO: Analysts expect 50% listing premium on Dec 12If
the listing takes place as per analysts expectations, then the market cap of Ujjivan Bank
would be much higher than its parent company Ujjivan Financial Services' market cap of Rs
4,300 crore
