I Marco Msemwa I have two years experienced working in researching field. Am is skilled in
data collection techniques (interviews, focus group discussion, P-FIM,observation and
questionnaire), data handling, data Entry and analysis. Am familiar with research Ethical also
good in report writing and dissemination.

Amgood in Research method and data collection tools, organizational, communication and
leadership skills, ability to work in team work and highly effective in working with multicultural
teams while maintaining good relationship with colleagues and clients. Having computer literate
in Ms Office, Excel, SPSS and Mobile Data collections tools (KoBo Collect and ODK)

Msemwais a Tanzanian nationality currently residing in Iringa- Towns and is fluent in English ,
Swahili (written and spoken) and other local language

WORKING EXPERIENCE

From September 18 to October 15, working with plan international at Mwanza as Research
assistant on VSLas youth project assessment from different streets in Nyamagana and Ilemela. I
was responsible on;
 Organinzing the beneficiaries discussion in groups
 To control, lead the discussion and note taking.
 Collecting data through one to one discussion.
 To provide feedback to supervisor from the field.

I Worked with Plan International-Kibondo Field Office as Research Assistant in

Nduta,nyarugusu and Mtendeli Refugee Camp on SIDA CAAC Baseline survey(June
2017- to Dec 2017)
 Assist in reviewing and editing tools for data collection on KOBO
 Conduct and record interviews, focus group discussion (FGD) and P-FIM.
 Assist in Communicating and arranging data collection procedures
 Assist in supervising, arranging and training Incentive workers in and for Data collection
exercise.
 Computerizing and Data documentation.
 Performing any other duties as assigned by Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and
Learning (MEAL) officers.

I Worked with International Rescue Committee (IRC),Save the Children as Data

Enumerator on ECHO JOINT EVALUATION PROGRAMM in Nduta, Mtendeli
