I have to prepare daily,weekly and monthly reports on Budget, Gross Profit and Balance Sheet.I
have to check purchase vouchers. I have to make the purchase lists for six branches in six townships
purchased, I have to draws cash paid lists for six branches.I have to make the lists of sales quantity and
amounts and report it to the Area Sales Manager ( ASM ) and Business Unit Manager ( BUM ).I have to
check discount and FOC items .I have to monitor accounts payable and receivable.
As an accountant I have to make daily,weely and monthly reports on cash flow statement ,Trial
balance,debtor and stock balance.I have to check sale vouchers.I have to put forward the reports
regarding the debtor’s balance to the supervisor and Manager.I have to inspect the daily income and
cash balance done by the cashier.I have to keep petty cash .I have to calculate the sales commission ,
receiving them, I have to inspect if there is any damage .If there is some damage,I have to ask for
compensation for it to the transportation terminals.I have to issue the stocks to delivery vehicles and sale
persons.We usually use FIFO ( First In First Out ) method in issuing the stocks.I have to inspect the
ground balance everyday and van stock one a week. We have to order the products on a month
ahead.We have to notice the expire date of the stocks.If the expire date draws near,we have to report that
matter to the supervisor and manager.I have to make data entry for daily,weekly and monthly stocks
My main responsible as a cashier is to collect daily cash from the sale counter.To make entry
product codes on the computer.Sometimes if there is any complaint from the customers, I am to see to it.

I have 3 year experience in accountancy.I finished school with B.A ( Economics )
Accounting and MYOB Certificate.I attended 2 years course,English Language proficiency in Mandalay
My role as a senior accountant , I have to deal with all the matter of finance,sales
and purchasing.Sometimes I have some problems with drawing the balance sheet.This experience
teaches me how to handle the respective figures.A minor mistake can make the account completely
uncorrect.Looking for such an error usually takes time and make me confused.Therefore I believe the
accuracy is the most important thing for accounting.From time to time , I have to travel to inspect district
branches.I deal with various types of colleagues in my working environ.However I work getting well with
all of them.They all are good to me because I am always ready to share my knowledge and skills with
them.
