Subject: Circus Elephants traded with your silent consent: Greens Zoological Rescue and
Rehabilitation Kingdom at Jamnagar in Gujarat by Reliance Industries Limited.
Greetings,
Kindly refer to my application CZAUT/R/2019/50034: CZAUT/A/2019/60004, under RTI
Act but CZA replied concealed facts, even appeal decided, without supplying me
required information, now let me expose illegal Elephant trading with silent consent of
CZA, whereas I had asked to CZA to supply: Complete details about the Reliance owned
animals under the jurisdiction of Jamnagar, Gujarat along with source of procurement &
microchip numbers of elephants.
Besides it Greens Zoological Rescue and Rehabilitation Kingdom at Jamnagar in Gujarat
by Reliance Industries Limited, recognized by CZA, under section 38-H of the Wildlife
Protection Act, 1972, approving its Master Plan without annual reports.
No doubt, facilities for treatment, care & shelter, might be good but source of procuring
animals also be a legal as per guidelines of CZA, which does not allowed, unlawful
trading of animals, hence procurement of animals needs immediate scanning as per
rules & regulation, maintaining all legal provisions of Biological Diversity Act, 2002
about use of biological resources.

Scouting for use of animals for educational purposes, exempted chapter V of the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals Act, 1960 as per section 27 (b) but so called claimed to serve animals, people oppose
coexistence of domesticated animals with human beings, whereas AWBI mandate to prevent unnecessary
pain & sufferings, never prohibit use of animals, whereas AWBI never regulate their presence with
students for educational purposes, if AWBI failed to perform without visionary eye then Scouts & Guides
for Animals & Birds, regulate use of animals for educational as a active part, explaining their anatomy,
structure, shape & size with their natural habitats & eating habits, besides it nose roping - shoeing, a
tactics of petting allowed under section 11 (3) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 but
chopping of feathers never explained cruelty against five freedoms.
Greens Zoological Rescue and Rehabilitation Kingdom under the establishment of Reliance at Jamnagar
functioning, details awaited as asked under RTI, if RIL took animal welfare projects in their hand then I
be happy to work with them without profit.
