it yoga, office work, school work or early morning waking up. And as we all know, practice
makes a person perfect and yoga is more than 95% practice and less than 5% theory.

is enough to motivate you to practice every day. Daily practice will make you more
disciplined, and that personal improvement will reflect on everything else you do.

yoga involves relaxation or meditation where you clear your mind from all thoughts and
you bring yourself to a completely relaxed state of being. Yoga also means self-
identification.

So at the time of yoga practice, your entire focus is on making your yoga posture perfect
and you forget everything else that gives you stress. In this way, we can say that yoga
makes our mind healthy by removing depression.

When you practice yoga, it increases your concentration power. It helps us to identify our
thoughts and emotion, recognize where they are coming from, and let them go.
Yoga helps you in the development of your personality:

Yoga is just not a physical practice it includes everything our emotions, our physical
practice, our mind, our discipline. Every person feels energetic after doing yoga. In this
way, we can say that yoga makes us strong in every way and brings out our hidden
personality and you are becoming the person you always wanted to be.

Yoga itself is a powerful word. Yoga can eliminate many diseases. We should also do
daily yoga, even if you do for 15 minutes. And people who practice yoga should convince
