AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, Juan dela Cruz and Maria Santos, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of
276 Mckinley Street Pampanga Executive Homes Barangay Pampanga, Davao City, and 278
Mckinley Street Pampanga Executive Homes Barangay Pampanga, Davao City after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been residents of Mckinley Street Pampanga Executive Homes Barangay
Pampanga, Davao City for more than twenty (20) years, and during this period of time,
we have personally know spouses Jose Abad and Ana Abad, being our neighbours and
close acquaintance;

2. That during the same period of time we personally know Dynasty and Duffy Duke as
the children of spouses Jose Abad and Ana Abad;

3. That during the lifetime of the said family in the neighbourhood until the death of Ana
Abad, we have continuously observed and known that spouses Jose Abad and Ana
Abad had no other children, legitimate or otherwise, deceased or surviving, living with
them or in some place other than the family home or abode, or any knowledge of any
other child born outside wedlock or had been claiming or establishing filiation to
deceased Ana Abad by adoption or other legitimate process of establishing filiation; and

4. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary consideration
but solely for the purpose of declaring that the only surviving compulsory heirs of the late
Ana Abad are his/her surviving spouse Jose Abad and child/children Dynasty Abad and
Duffy Duke Abad and for each other legal intents.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NONE.
