5th Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Mooting Competition, (India Round)
Friday 18 - Sunday 20 Oct. 2019: Due to Moot Preparation & Competition in the
campus during this week, following changes of schedule are for your kind notice:

 Regular Classes shall be held daily during this week, 9 am to 2.30 / 2.15 PM for
the respective batches as usual,

 Physical attendance in Additional classes daily during 03 to 06 pm is Cancelled

until Monday, the same shall restart from Tuesday 22 Oct. 2019,

 Regular classes for this Sat. 19 & Sun. 20 Oct. 2019 for all Batches are
cancelled,

 DIWALI: On the auspicious occasion Diwali on Sat. 26 & Sun. 27 Oct. 2019,
regular classes for all Batches are cancelled,

 Non-Instructional Off: Monday 21 Oct. 2019 shall remain Non-Instructional Off

for all official purposes in Lloyd Law College,

EVENT VOLUNTEERING

This year we want to work with limited number of student volunteers so that the
communication of role and responsibilities should be smooth. There are two qualification
for any student to work in committee in any capacity:

 The student committee head or volunteer should have attained atleast 66%
attendance in regular classes by 15-Oct.-2019.

 There should not be any pending disciplinary complaint, proceeding or

punishment against the applicant / student.
 ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD WEAR COLLEGE UNIFORM BOTH THE DAYS.

 There shall start meeting and rehearsals for the committees and
volunteers from Wednesday 16 Oct. 2019, 2.30 pm onwards.

ODD SEM. CCS UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION Nov. 2019:

This is to inform you all that, Odd Semester CCS University Examinations are most likely
be held during first week of Nov. 2019 (unlike Dec. as usual). Online filling and
submission of exam. forms on the CCS University Websites: https://exam.ccsuweb.in/
have begun as notified through last mail.
 LAST DATE to FILL THE ONLINE Examination Form : Extended till Friday
25 Oct. 2019:

o BA.LL.B. - Sem. I, III, V, VII, IX - CCSUM Notice attached

o LL.B. - Sem. I, III, V - CCSUM Notice attached

No Examination Form will be Submitted / Accepted / Approved beyond this

timeline. If any Regular / Ex./ Back student is unable to sit for the Examination
due to any of the following reason(s) within the notified time, the concerned
student in person would be responsible for the same, college will not be
responsible for his default in any of the following cases:

EMPLOYABILITY through DISCIPLINE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ENDURANCE

 As per the approval rules and regulations of the CCS University Meerut. LL.B. and
BA.LL.B. all Semester students must have 75% attendance during the
ongoing semester. Last teaching day will be notified after the release of the date
sheet, if examinations will be from Nov. first week, then the last working day
shall be 31 Oct. and 03 Nov. 2019. All those students having less than 75%
minimum attendance are directed to do the following;

o Physical attendance in Regular classes,

o Physical attendance in Additional classes daily during 03 to 06 pm,

o All the excused attendance for participation in any curricular, co-

curricular or extra-curricular activities shall be added only after
attaining 66% minimum physical class attendance,
 Not filled & Submitted the Online Odd Semester CCS University Examination Form
within the timeline,
 Not filled and submitted the Online Examination NOC of a regular student on the
Lloyd College ERP system,

 No cases of ‘Indiscipline’ pending against the applicant in the law college, anyone
who have been marked three or more than three ‘Indiscipline – I’ in the ongoing
semester classes, Exam. NOC will not be approved,

 Clearance of all previous and current college dues, transport dues, previous semester
book bank (not returned),

IMPORTANT NOTE: NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO SIT FOR THE END

SEM. CCSUM EXAM. WITHOUT ATTAINING THE MANDATORY MINIMUM
ATTENDANCE.
