points and the remaining 30% would be shared equally by all other authors.

1. MINIMUM ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION OF
TEACHERS IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES (as per UGC Guidelines)

4. Associate Associate Professor with (i) Minimum cumulative API scores using the
Professor (Stage4) three years of completed PBAS scoring proforma developed by the
