II. WHAT IS THE RESEARCH ALL ABOUT?

The study mainly focuses on the level of satisfaction of the Grade 9 students of

Holy Angel School of Caloocan in terms of food and services that is provided by the

school canteen. The research aims to know the level of satisfaction of the Grade 9

students regarding the food and canteen’s services in Holy Angel School of Caloocan that

includes the food that satisfies the students, the service attributes, the variety of

products, and the canteen facility.

The results stated that the food served that satisfies the students most are healthy

vegetable foods with 40%. The tables are most well-maintained part of the canteen with

60%. The approach that students are satisfied with is the kind and pleasant approach

with 70%. 60% of the respondents considers price as the main factor before buying a

product from the canteen.

III. WHO WERE THE RESPONDENTS?

The respondents of the study were the Grade 9 students of Holy Angel School of

Caloocan Inc. for the academic year of 2016-2017.

IV. WHEN/ WHERE WAS THE STUDY CONDUCTED?

The study was conducted in Holy Angel School of Caloocan Inc. in the

academic year 2016-2017.

V. WHAT WAS THE METHOD USED?

The method that they used in conducting this study is a descriptive method. The

researchers used 30 samples which in considered as the common sample in statistics.

VI. HOW CAN THE FINDINGS OF THIS RESEARCH HELP YOU IN YOUR STUDY?

As a group, we can use this as a reference on our study. Through this research we

can have a wide understanding about our study. There will be a deeper understanding

involved to be able to see a different perspective of other people about this topic. This

research also can help in doing our study because it expand our knowledge about this

topic. It gives us a chance for a wider source that we can use while doing our reseach.

Because of this research it is much easier for us to have an organize list of ideas to use

during our study. It has also become easy for laying out our platforms for our research.

VII. ARE THE FINDINGS OF THIS RESEARCH APPLICABLE TO THE CONTEXT OF YOUR

STUDY?

The study’s findings are applicable as it mainly focused on the level of satisfaction of the

students about the school canteen. In addition, it is an opportunity to see the different

angle or perspective of the topic. This research also can serve as a guide to be able to

consider other’s opinion that may help us in conducting our study.
