○ ​Sent an email requesting an interview with Mr. Neeraj

○ ​Confirmed a second interview with Mr. Madan for
December 2nd at 3 PM.
● ​Wednesday 11/20​:
○ ​Worked on Research Assessment #8,
which was about the application and
pros/cons of big data
● ​Thursday 11/21​:
○ ​Worked on and turned in Interview
Assessment #3, which was about my interview
with Ms. Sherry Khansari

● ​Friday 11/22​:
○ ​Worked on turkey in class and
had to give an on-the-spot
presentation on why to choose our
turkey

Reflections

These two weeks have been really productive in terms of reflecting on interviews and research.
We have had two research assessments over this period, and I took this opportunity to research on specific
topics such as the application of data science in the sports industry and the uses of big data and its effect
on society. This research gave me a better perspective on what the use of data science looks like in
specific situations in the sports industry and the certain situations big data can be used. The interview
assessment gave me a perspective of how much I have grown through my ISM journey as I reflected on
the development of my interview and communication skills.

What could I have done better? / Goals for next

week​:

I was somewhat disappointed in my impromptu speech as I was hoping to better convince my

audience that my turkey was the best. I need to better develop skills for impromptu speeches as
situations like this can arise in the future.

My goals for next week are as follows:

● Start working on trifold for Winter Showcase

● Potentially get a mentor
● Start working on winter showcase checkpoints
