LITERATURE REVIEW

On boarding is just one piece of the cyclical continuum in the management of talent; it’s not
merely a standalone or liner activity. Done well, and I integrated into an organization’s talent
management system, On boarding present an easy business process improvement that can yield
great returns (Taleo,2006). First impressions create lasting impressions. Recruitment efforts
bring potential hires to your door. Obviously, how well your organization manages the
interview process will influence whether the candidate takes the position. It also provides the
candidate with an initial(and long term) impression of your organization.

NEEDS FOR THE STUDY


This study has been taken to understand the organizational strategy towards
promoting the employees in the organization.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


On boarding is an orientation process in which new resources get the important information,
aptitudes, and practices to become distinctly viable authoritative individuals and insiders. On
boarding prompts to positive results for new workers. On boarding prompts to positive result
for new workers, for example, higher job satisfaction, better work performance, and longevity
in the positions. Through a well- structure on boarding process, gather required knowledge,
retention level high in the larger interest of the organization.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY


This Procedure applies for all Employees (excluding apprentices) of the National Electrical
and Communications Association.

RESEARCH & METHODOLOGY


Qualitative data collection through the HR of the company.
SAMPLING
Sample design - random sampling

Sample size – sample size is 20 employees in Otis global service pvt ltd.

DATA COLLECTION

Primary Data – through the questionnaire

Secondary Data – Through website, brochures, magazines

PLAN OF ANALYSIS
By various graphical tools like
i. Graph
ii. Bar chart
iii. Pie chart
