Training Evaluation Report
Executive summary
The total number of trainees enrolled November to May are fifteen
(15). 89 %(12) of total trainees do not have prior learning. The three
remaining have were recognized for their prior learning. The methods of
training used with the trainees were lecture and discussion, video clips
viewing and demonstration. All the trainees were able to satisfy the
methods of assessment which are written examinations, oral questioning
with demonstration, and the institutional assessment. Hence the trainees
are all qualified to evaluate the training experienced by them. An evaluation
checklist was utilized to gather the date needed for the report. The average
assessment rate obtained is 3.85 for the trainer and 4.20 for the institution
which stand for very good or very satisfactory.
Rationale
The conduction of the evaluation aimed to determine the overall
perception of the trainee based on their learning experience. This serves also
to determine the strength and the weaknesses of the entire training to serve
as basis for improvement or change.
Objectives
1. To assess the overall rating of the trainer in conducting the training.
2. To assess the overall rating of the institution in facilitating learning.
Methodology
The method used in creating this report was the utilization of validated
checklist to produce rigorous results.
Data interpretation
The computed score of 3.85 for the trainer is equivalent to very good or
very satisfactory. The weak points that were presented are mostly due to
the inability of the trainer to explain the flow of training using the CBT;
however, high scores were given for the ability of the trainer to teach and
monitor the trainees’ accomplishments and their needs for assistance.
Data analysis
Among the fifteen trainees who evaluated the trainees, an average score
of 3.85 was computed for the trainer and 4.20 for the institution.
