Documents required for cashing a check

In reference to the check issued in your favor on bank (...................),

numbered (………………) and dated (.................), for the amount of
(......), and since you want to exchange this check with a bank and get its
value, and given that this process requires a number of legal procedures
and services, and in order to start the exchange procedures, we ask you to
provide the following documents:

1- A copy of the identity card and passport of the person who the check
was issued on his benefit (the owner of the company)

2 - Copy of the commercial registration of the company for which the

check was issued.

3 - A copy of the contract of company incorporation for which the check

was issued.

4- A copy of the identity card and passport of the company chairman and
general manager of the company.

E - Issuance of a certified legal agency for the law firm which has the
right to review the authorities ( the form of the legal agency will be sent
later.

6- The company, for which the check was issued, should issue a legal
representation certificate from

 Quotation for Legal and lawyering Services Fees

In reference to the check issued in your favor on bank (...................),

numbered (………………) and dated (.................), for the amount of
(......), and since you want to exchange this check with a bank and get its
value, and given that this process requires a number of legal procedures
and services, we offer you a price quote for the fees as follows:

First: the law firm will get a percentage of (.......) of the value of the
check, this percentage will be calculated from the net amount of the
check after deducting bank fees.

Second: The owner of the check shall pay the percentage mentioned in
the first paragraph upon the check disbursement. The percentage value
should be paid in the way the law firm decides.
