In life, we are experiencing different challenges but do we ever think how our
mother nature is suffering? As a student, we should know on how to care our planet.
Right now, the planet is in a state of crisis. Climate change has caused massive storms,
unthinkable death tolls, and all manner of destruction, which the movie illustrates with
a series of time-lapse disaster videos. This movie should be an eye-opener to every
student that we should help our planet by simply protecting it.

In response to the crisis shown in the movie, the United Nation joins forces to
repurpose the International Space Station as the “DutchBoy,” an orbiting station
through which an inteconnected grid of satellites can be deployed to change the
weather, so as to prevent any catalysmic storms in the future. With the best minds
from around the world manning the station, Earth now enjoys a time of previously
impossible prosperity, as natural disasters are seemingly now a thing of the past. The
peace only lasts until a military unit in Afghanistan discovers a village, in the middle of
desert, killed off instantly by a freak ice storm. (this is based on the happenings in the
movie.)

There are lot of phrases/sentences that catches my attention, and these phrases
that make it unusual. It’s hard to understand the situation in the movie yet it clarifies
everything that we should take seriously everything that happens in the planet.

We can’t control weather, but we can prevent climate change. Although this
movie is premised on the idea that we can control the Earth’s climate in a big time
level, which is a bit far from today it tackles about climate change and we are capable
ad we should be responsible enough in our planet.

The movie made me realize that whatever action we take to our mother earth
there is always a consequence.

We should make sense in everything, because this is not all about you as a
human but this is all about us.
