II. SEMINAR HIGHLIGHTS ON:

1) SEMINAR ORGANIZATION ASSESMENT

• OBJECTIVE – The objective of the seminar was met. All the necessary information
about management was taught to us by the speaker.
• VENUE – The venue of the seminar is good, but it was not big enough to
accommodate the two classes since some are already standing. The air conditioning
is okay. The noise on the adjacent room is can be heard so I would suggest doing it
in some other room.
 • LOGISTICS – The coordination among those who plan are very impressive since
they come up with a seminar in only a short period of time. They made the seminar
enjoyable to all of us.
• HANDLING/CONTROL – The seminar was handled excellently from the
beginning up to the end. They made it entertain for us to listen and we are also
comfortable up until the end.
• SCHEDULING – I didn’t have problems when it comes to the schedule of the
seminar but some of my classmates have classes thus making them unable to come
on time. Aside from that, I think that the seminar was well planned, it was not that
long, and it finished on time.

3) MANAGEMENT INSIGHTS/KEY TAKEAWAY

After the seminar, I learned that we really need know and apply the 4 techniques in
management to be able to achieve our goals and objectives. Aside from that, I learned that
leading is an important aspect in every organization because it influences the employees to
work harder in their jobs and it’s easier to resolve conflicts. Upon listening to the speaker,
it has been noted that the first key to success is to have a dream or to have a clear
goal/objective then you need to work hard for it to be achieved over time.

III. RECOMMENDATION
I highly recommend choosing a bigger room to accommodate more students and it should
also be a room where outside noises could not be heard to avoid distractions. Also, students
should be refrained from talking and going outside while the seminar is ongoing.
