Cussac the maritime

Spectrum. Likewise, the MoU signed in April 2009 by the
Kenyan foreign secretary, Moses Wetangula,

Abdirahman Adishakur Warsame,

The MoU took Kenya's side in the drawing of the demarcation line with Somalian waters
and committed the signatories to a negotiated settlement rather than arbitration by the
International Court of Justice,

deprive Kenya of nearly a third of its EEZ, where Nairobi has already authorised the
Norwegian firm Statoil to take control of Area L26.
