Introduce yourself

Worker History

At the university I studied HR management, so my bachelor degree is from that. Beside my


studies I wanted to gain some practical experience so I joined Roche SSC as an HR operations
intern to the NAM Team. During my internship I learned to use SAP HR Module and I had to
handle requests from customers via a ticketing system, called Neocase Power. After two years
internship, I got the opportunity to be converted as a Junior HR specialist. During that period, a
new cloud based system has been launched so I had to handle the requests there as well and I
was one of the responsibles to teach the newcomers in the team. I still help our interns and
newcomers out if they need it and I like to do it. One month ago I got promoted to an HR
specialist.

Personality

I can learn fast and a lot. I’m loyal. I’m flexible but I would like to make a good work life balance
for myself. I’m always looking for the positives in every situation. I have an optimistic
personality. I like to support and help develop others. I can perform good attention to details
and I’m precise.

Your strongnesses and weeknesses

Problem solving, communication, I tolerate monotony and I can perform accuracy in


administration – I know that for example in case of entering personal data the spelling is
essential, as well as just one typo in salary or in the employee’s ID, email address. I can
proactively behavior and go ahead with the things. I usually go for the quality and not for the
quantity. Because of that my worktempó can be slower but I go for the 100% punctuality. Ennek
ellenére, I realized that I’m more efficiant under time pressure, for example when I learned for
my exams, the less time remained, the harder could I study.

screening applications, arranging assessment centres, contacting candidates via phone and email and performing admin duties

Working with and maintaining the HR system, Taleo Enterprise with a high level of accuracy

Proactively contributing to process improvements by highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Producing accurate reports using Taleo and other HR systems

Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
I would like to make an impact, and as a recruiter I would have the chance to find and integrate
the best talents into BT, improving the teams and the whole copmany at once.

I think this role can give me a new, fresh challenge. I’d like to grow and improve as an employee
at BT.

Why would you like to work at BT?

As far as I know the company has a multicultural environment what is likeable to me.

I would like to be a part of a company what has a mission and a profile that I can identify with.
In case of Roche, it is save people’s life and cure them. In case of BT, it would be the
communication. I would like to work at BT because I also believe that communication can make
the world better and I like its reputation as well. I’ve heard that it’s a best employer and I’m also
aware that it gained a lot of awards. I also work for a SSC currently but I think I could work for
the best one!

Why would you like to change from your previous company?

My current role is very administrative and as I can see we can only improve with studiing more
type of administration. That’s not what I want. Based on the description of the Recruitment
advisor role, there would be other communicative, organizing and maybe decision maker tasks
what are very likeable to me and I’m interested in doing them beside the administrative tasks.

Motivation

How do you see yourself in 3-5 years?

I would like to achieve a senior position in this company, and I would like to lead a small group
of people even as a team leader or just regarding a project. I would like to grow and improve
continuosly and I think this company can support that.

What is your superpower?


I would mention two. My superpowers are patience and helpfulness what I think are essential
characteristics in good customer care and working in a team.

I would willingly work with engaged, helpful, supportive and young colleauges, with whom we
can be not just colleagues but friends as well with outside of job programmes.

I don’t like bossy people who are at the same position but think that they are my boss. I don’t
like lazyness and when someone is careless and his or her work doesn’t meet the quality
requirements.

What is your ideal leader looks like?

He or she uses democratic leadership style but is able to give clear instructions to me and the
team. She handles us more like a partner and not as a subordinate. I can easily trust her and her
decisions. She aways make her choices transparently and her behavior is transparent to the
team as well.
