DEFINED AUTHORITIES: Maintains project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. Overall supervision and co-ordination of all site erection activities. Co-ordination with client / contractor / consultant until final hand over and payment certification. Monitoring the handling & controlling of all materials and labor hours at site. Providing full technical support & advice to the site crew to carry out the specified work in the highest standard. Taking site measurements. Attending progress meeting with Main contractor / client. Doing Inspection – Raising Inspection Request & Getting approval. Planning & carrying out the site works as discussed and agreed with Division Manager. Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Maintains product and company reputation by complying to the project specification. Qty workout for payment certificate. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. To perform all other functions and responsibilities relative to Project HSE which be assigned by Division Manager.
