JOB TITLE: ASST. PROJECT MANAGER.

POSITION REPORTS TO: DIVISION MANAGER - GRP / GRC.

STAFF DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE: SUPERVISOR / CHARGEHANDS.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES &


DEFINED AUTHORITIES:  Maintains project schedule by studying project plan and specifications;
calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
 Overall supervision and co-ordination of all site erection activities.
 Co-ordination with client / contractor / consultant until final hand over
and payment certification.
 Monitoring the handling & controlling of all materials and labor hours at
site.
 Providing full technical support & advice to the site crew to carry out the
specified work in the highest standard.
 Taking site measurements.
 Attending progress meeting with Main contractor / client.
 Doing Inspection – Raising Inspection Request & Getting approval.
 Planning & carrying out the site works as discussed and agreed with
Division Manager.
 Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information and trends; recommending actions.
 Maintains product and company reputation by complying to the project
specification.
 Qty workout for payment certificate.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 To perform all other functions and responsibilities relative to Project HSE
which be assigned by Division Manager.
