Project supervisor

Implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Identify construction issues to be resolved through site surveys for potential locations.

Conduct onsite visits and coordinate with construction crew and production personnel continuously.

Convey and supervise team members and subcontractors.

Develop, maintain and improve any business relationships vital to division success.

Conduct quality control for work performed by independent sub contractors.

Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going
forward.

Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are
completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events.

Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in
improvement of product through customer experiences.

Supervise and stimulate procurement/store activities as required ensuring on time delivery of components
to site.

Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting
professional image.
 Manages schedules and associates related to Facility Services to meet Company
production requirements.
 Supervises maintenance mechanics; including but not limited to evaluating
work performance.
 Implements and maintains effective preventive maintenance program and PSM.
 Prepares required reports, plans and executes special projects.
 Maintains effective communication with all levels including external reps and
contractors. .
 Makes recommendations for parts procurement and inventory.
 Maintains high level of good housekeeping and sanitation standards and
practices.
 Actively participates in safety program and maintains high level of safety
awareness, training, and practices.
 Inspects operations being performed on a daily basis, such as production, plant
maintenance, and storage of material, fire extinguishers, for compliance with
Company and government regulations.
 Ensures that federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules
are observed.
 Accountable for responding to and investigating accidents involving spills of
hazardous materials.
 Keeps up-to-date and knowledgeable in all aspects of process safety
management, containment procedures, reactivity between various hazardous
materials, identification, and cleanup procedures as they pertain to hazardous
materials.
 Investigates adequacy of conditions that may affect associate health, comfort,
or efficiency. Prepares reports including observations, analyses of
contaminants, and recommendations.
 Participates in educational meetings to instruct associates in matters pertaining
to occupational health, prevention of accidents, hazardous materials, etc.
 Ensures that the Company is in compliance relative to HazCom training and
proper MSDS sheets are on file and in order as required.
 Performs all responsibilities within the policies, procedures, and code of ethics
of the Company.
