Key Responsibilities
1. Strategize & implement innovation projects, which will contribute to operational improvements
and increase financial benefits for the organization.
2. Defining, designing, executing strategy for new/existing business.
3. Ability to study the existing market base, customer segment and finding avenues for new
marked/target customer base.
4. Execute complex process and quality improvement initiatives; report and communicate the results
from process improvement efforts to the leadership along with recommendations.
5. Develop oneself into a subject matter expert in the process that he/she is managing.

Key Qualities
1. Engineering with MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 premium institutes
2. Should have minimum 0 – 1 year work experience
3. Works efficiently, accurately and independently; ability to adjust to changing deadlines, priorities,
and projects
4. Excellent analytical, excel and presentation skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Strong work ethics, discreet with excellent judgement
7. Proactive and willing to learn and work at grass-root level
8. Comfortable in Multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, create-update-follow up, working under
stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data
9. Flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce
effective results as expected from this role
10. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly
changing environment, and ensure delivery of quality products
