Do you have a background in anatomy or medicine? Do you have excellent writing skills, are
solution-orientated and love to put a smile on people’s faces? Would you love a job you can do
remotely on your laptop wherever you are?

Then join our customer success team! Thousands of medical students and health professionals
all over the world are already using Kenhub to learn anatomy. And we are looking for new team
members who will help them to have the best Kenhub experience possible and ace their exams.
You’ll be answering customer questions via email - questions ranging from how to use our
website, how to make a payment to curious questions about anatomy topics, or about the best
strategy to ace the next exam...

easy, accessed anywhere, anytime.

Skills/Requirements:

● Sound knowledge of anatomy and/or medicine


● Willingness to work short periods (in total 1-2h/day) the entire week
● Great written communication skills in English (and preferably also in German or
Portugese)
● Empathy and willingness to help users
● Understanding our content and navigation of our website
● Learns quickly and feels comfortable with technology
● Have your own laptop and broadband internet access

and get a buzz from helping people to study better. That said, you are not on an island. You’ll

Is an exceptional communicator​ You can explain things clearly to customers, keeping the
conversation friendly and professional. You can deal with angry and upset customers with
compassion, even when there's no solution to their problems. You don’t take offense to
constructive feedback and understand not to take things personally. You are efficient and
smooth in your conversations.

Is creative, driven and action-oriented ​You’re ambitious and get things done. You’re a do-er
and a go-getter. When you see potential for improvement, you think outside the box.

Is a believer of technology driven education​ You are dying to see medical education move
forward in its method of teaching to catch up to today’s technology. You relate to the pain and
sorrow of carrying textbooks that makes studying confined to a desk. You understand that
students have little time to spare and every minute counts.

Is fun and easy-going​ As our team works remotely from each other, it is important for you to be
open and to not take things too seriously. You’re chilled like a chilly bean in stressful situations,
yet still laser-focussed on your tasks. You don’t have to be a joke master (these positions are
highly competitive at Kenhub) but you know how to have a good laugh.
