Conveyance of the Common Areas of Ponte Salcedo)

Gentlemen:

We write in relation to the above-referenced subject matter recently endorsed to our firm. Our
services shall include the following:

1. Preparation and assistance in the execution of the Deed of Conveyance of


the common areas of Ponte Salcedo Condominium Corporation;

2. Drafting of the letter-request to the Bureau of Internal Revenue for


exemption from capital gains tax;

3. Payment of transfer taxes with the City Treasurer’s Office of Makati;

4. Cancellation of old title and registration of the new Transfer Certificate of


Title for the land under the name of Ponte Salcedo’s name with the
Registry of Property of Makati;

5. Cancellation of old tax declaration and issuance of new ones under the
name of Ponte Salcedo with the City Assessor of Makati.
For services to be rendered in relation to subject legal transactions, we shall be billing you the
total amount of PESOS: FIFTY THOUSAND (Php50,000.00) payable as follows:

a.) ACCEPTANCE FEE OF PESOS: TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (Php


25,000.00) plus applicable value added tax, payable upon signing of this
agreement

b.) FINAL BILLING OF PESOS: TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND


(Php25,000.00), plus applicable valued added tax, after submission of the
new TCT, CCTs and tax declarations to your office;

c.) Reimbursement of all legal and official fees, and out of pocket expenses,
including representation, transportation and photocopy expenses which
were or may have to be incurred in connection with the foregoing services.

You hereby warrant all personal information that will be supplied to us are true and correct and
that you hereby consent to the processing personal data supplied for the purposes for which you have
provided the data or made it otherwise available to us or to the public, and to enable us to fully and
efficiently achieve those purposes and/or our obligations to you, as allowed by applicable law and our
Data Privacy Policy. You warrant that any personal information defined by the Data Privacy Act of 2012
(RA 10173) you likewise collected, processed, stored, and transmitted and will transmit to Saulog and De
Leon Law Offices was collected, processed, stored and transmitted through legal means, through
adherence to R.A. 10173’s requirements, and retained with strict confidentiality.
