Information to look for:-

 Tower / site information must be clearly stated to ensure correct site visited.
 Antenna location must be clearly seen (pre and post – specially for antenna simplified solution).
 Antenna height must be clearly measure and see (pre and post – for antenna re-height / simplified).

Antenna Azimuth

Information to look for:-

 Clear picture and sharp image of antenna azimuth (before)
 Clear picture and sharp image of antenna azimuth (after)
 Antenna sector view can be clearly see
 Azimuth reading from compass can be clearly read.
 Avoid blur azimuth reading from compass.

 If due to safety issue whereby standard

format of picture can’t be taken, multiple
photo could be take separately but do
remark down what’s the photo about.
