My Responsibilities: Involved in the following activities.

 Played Tester role.
 Worked for 14 months in Collections (Loss Mitigation) project as functionality tester. We
use to test the front end tool of customer payment who are in delinquent list by
providing offers.
 For payment , we have used Global Payment Utilty(GPU), for providing offers to
customers, we have used Single Collection Desktop(SCD) and for entire functionality to
be tested in the point of real time scenario we have used Universal Collection
Desktop(UCD), a combination of GPU and SCD.
 Have gained testing knowledge such as use of testing tools and real time scenario of
customer requirement. In the span of 3 months, was provided with 2 individual TPR’s to
work and have completed successfully without any TR’s.
