Operation Instruction
1.Overview
FSK569K engine speed controller is mainly
used for Cummins engine with PT pump.
On the base of Cummins EFC controller, it
has increased functions as rising speed ramp,
over speed protection as much as power on
indication.
Its working principle is：First receive speed
signal from magneto electric sensor which is
installed on the flywheel shell. Then compare
with the electric signal of rotate speed which
is beforehand set. Then it will generate error
signal. After PID operation, electric signal will
be sent to actuator. This process can control
the oil supply quantity of engine. So the engine
speed can be controlled. This whole process is a
close loop PID adjusting process.
FSK569 engine speed controller can match for
Cummins EFC actuator normally closed. There
are two working mode: synchronous and droop.
