FORMAL OFFER OF EXHIBITS/EVIDENCE

Private complainant thru the Private Prosecutor appearing under

the control and supervision of the Public Prosecutor, respectfully submits
her formal offer of exhibits/evidence, as follows:

1. Exhibits “A”, “B” and “C” - BDO checks issued by Aldrich

Leonardo Ong, dated August 15, 2014; September 1, 2014 and
October 15, 2014 respectively, all of which when presented for
payment at the drawee bank were all dishonored for reasons of
being DAIF. As part of the testimony of Private Complainant,
Josephine Lee, to show it further that accused had issued the
checks fully knowing that they are all not funded.

2. Exhibit “D” – Copy of the demand letter addressed to accused

Aldrich Ong, and also as part of the testimony of private
complainant and to show further that herein accused was duly
made aware of the fact that above - mentioned three (3) BDO
Checks were dishonored when presented for payment and that
restitution of the money received in cash by said accused be
given back to complainant.

3. Exhibits “D-1” and “D-2” - Registry Receipts

Purpose/s: To prove the fact that demand letters were sent

thru the Postal Office to Imelda Ong (mother of the accused)
and to accused himself.
 4. Exhibits “D-3” and “D-4” - Return Cards attached to the
Demand Letters intended for Imelda Ong and accused Aldrich
Ong.
With the submission of the foregoing Exhibits/Evidence and upon
admission of the same, the prosecution rests its case.
