MOTION TO ADMIT PLEADING

Private complainant thru the Private Prosecutor appearing under

the control and supervision of the Public Prosecutor, unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully avers:

1. That the Formal Offer of Exhibits/Evidence for the prosecution

was ready for filing as of 25 October 2019 and the office
secretary was instructed to personally file the same before the
Honorable Court, copy furnished the office of the prosecutor as
well as counsel for the accused from the PAO.

2. That due to inadventence, above-said office secretary failed to

file the same on time.

3. That it was during the inventory of cases and their respective

status, it was discovered that complainant’s formal offer of
exhibits/evidence was not yet filed, thus, this motion, attached
hereto a copy of said pleading.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed of

with the kind indulgence of this Honorable Court that this motion to admit
pleading be granted.
