CANCELLATION OF USUFRUCTUARY RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

WHEREAS, I NATALIE A. DOMANTAY, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen

and a resident of 166 Canelar, Zamboanga City, hereinafter called the Donor,

WHEREAS, on ___________, NATALIE A. DOMANTAY, executed a Deed of

Donation with Usufructuary Rights before notary public, ___________ with Doc. No.
____; Page No. ____; Book No. _____; Series of ______, over that parcels of land,

Parcel of land, (Lot 2072-A-2-B-3-B-2) of the subd., plan Psd-09-009772, being

a portion of Lot 2072-A-2-B-3-B, Psd-09-009619 L.R.C. CAD. REC. NO. 8302, situated
in the Barangay of Putik, City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao x x x containing an
area of Three Hundred (300) Square Meters more or less,

covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-129-2015001064,

WHEREAS, the owner have agreed that it is to the best interest to cancel
and terminate the aforementioned Usufructuary Rights, over the above-described
parcel of land.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, NATALIE A. DOMANTAY, the owner and donor do

hereby declare the Usufructuary Rights aforementioned cancelled, terminated and of
no further force and effect.
