RODOLFO SAAVEDRA

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE, executed between:

ALICIA E. SAAVEDRA, widow, MA. CONCEPCION E. SAAVEDRA, single, and

KARLA MINETTE E. SAAVEDRA, single, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of
Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, Philippines;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, on August 3, 2019, RODOLFO SAAVEDRA, died intestate in

Zamboanga City, Philippines, leaving their property in the following described
parcel of land, to wit:

A parcel of land identified as Lot 2263-B-2-B, of the subdivision plan

Psd-21552, being a portion of lot 2263-B-2 described on plan Psd-1041,
G.L.R.C. record no. 8302, situated in the district of Boalan, City of Zamboanga,
containing an area Thirty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eleven (38,311)
Square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-37,113;

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the sole and only heirs of the decedents,
the first named being the surviving spouse and the others are the children of the said
decedent

WHEREAS, there are no known debts due against the estate of the said decedent
and it is to the best interest of the parties hereto to divide and partition the entire estate
extra-judicially;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and invoking the
provisions of Rule 74, Section 1, of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto do by these
presents agree to divide and partition the entire estate, adjudicating, as they do hereby
adjudicate, the same in pro indiviso equal shares;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on the date and place
hereinafter mentioned.

(38,311) Square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-37,113 and to
follow-up the approval of the said subdivision in all government offices and
agencies;

To execute and sign any and all papers and documents to effectuate the
foregoing power to subdivide.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorneys-in-Fact, full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever proper and necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present and acting and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our
said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents;
