SUBJECT: CASA GROWTH-ACHIEVEMNT OF TARGET FOR DEC-19
Dear Branch Heads,
Our Bank is known for Best Customer Service and the best way to know that we are serving better can be
evaluated with our CASA position. Yes Quality CASA is the need of the hour and the main ingredient through
which branch's cliental base can be improved. As we all are aware that "UTKARSHA CASA Campaign"
phase II has been launched from 19th November, 2019 to 31st January, 2020.
Objective:
► To achieve Q3 CASA target.
► Opening of OLT accounts with newly opened galaxy accounts.
► ·Achieve quality CASA account opening target.
STRATEGY:-
► Each Staff member of_branch should be involved by giving them individual target.
► Branch has to conduct minimum 8 CASA camps in nearby localities.
► Branches have to identify, plan and inform the localities targeted for the CASA camp to RO.
► To have better visibility of bank and branch, each day different locality need to be identified.
► Branch to popularise all our CASA products, by displaying attractive banners in prominent places.
► Branches to explore possibility of garnishing new portfolio under, Quality CASA & other FLAGSHIP
