Greetings from Mphasis Campus Hiring Team!

Congratulations!!! We are initiating your onboarding to Mphasis!

Your Date of Joining is 08th July 2019.

Your joining location will confirm by end of next week. Note, post training deployment location can be anywhere in India
(Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida)

Please note the below mandatory terms and conditions related to your onboarding

1. If your final semester results are announced, you should have cleared all the semester exams without a single
backlog.
2. If the final semester result yet to be announced, You should not have any backlog till 7th Semester
3. PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate) is mandatory, however, if it is not available at the time of joining then same to
be submitted immediately when it is issued by the University but not later than 15th July 2019.  
4. You will also have to sign an undertaking at the time of joining stating that - In case you do not clear the final
semester exams, you will have to resign and will be separated from the Organization.  

Kindly fill up and send the below template by 25th May 2019, 05.00PM to initiate your onboarding formalities. Also attach
Aadhar card, white background photo & resume.
