1. The ways of isolation and the transport of the nasopharyngeal exudates/swabs and fibrin
membranes for bacterial assessment of C. diphtheriae, B.pertussis, meningococci.
2. The ways of isolation, preservation and the transport of the pathological samples in detecting
Shigella, Salmonella and other enterobacterias.
3. The hemoculture in infectious diseases’ diagnosis. Indications, technique, clinical
interpretation/reading.

hepatitis, mumps, scarlet, etc.).
