Unit The Solar System

Instructional Objective By the end of the lesson, students will be able to present their favorite planet of the
solar system orally using descriptive language (ie. Adjectives, present simple) in front
of the class.
Time Activities Resources
1 min Greetings. Students remember rules of the class.

3 min Teacher describes a celebrity using adjectives for the student


to guess
Ice breaker: One volunteer student is selected to come to
the board and use adjectives to describe a celebrity without
saying his/her name. He/she must say at least 3 adjectives
and the rest of the class must guess who this celebrity is. If
none guesses who is, the volunteer can add more adjectives
until they do.

Computer
3 min Students observe images of planets and they name the Proyector
planets considering one of their qualifications. Then, Images (Fictional

8 min Students identify the planets of the solar system looking at Computer
