SOME PROJECTS EXECUTED

Title : Solman SAP integration with ServiceNow


Client : Solman
Duration : July 2019 to till date
Description : This project involves ServiceNow and Solman SAP integration through
outbound REST APIs for Incident, Problem and change management. SAP team provided two REST
APIs for each table. One GET method REST API to fetch data from SAP within certain interval.
Another REST API with PUT method to update record from ServiceNow to SAP based on
correlation_id. We have created outbound REST APIs to create and update SAP REST APIs. We have
created scheduled jobs to fetch records from SAP to ServiceNow. The scheduled jobs run every one-
hour interval to fetch Incident, Problem and Change records from SAP to ServiceNow through GET
method. We have customized Incident, Problem and Change Management Business Rules to update
field’s value from ServiceNow to SAP. When user updates record in ServiceNow then business rule
calls SAP REST API to update record in SAP application.

Title : Cameleon and ServiceNow integration for multilingual translation

Description : This project involves ServiceNow and Cameleon integration for
multilingual translation. We have used Cameleon REST API to translate short description,
description, work notes and comments fields value to agent native language for Incident. When
agent logs into ServiceNow system checks his preferred language from sys_user table. There is a
button “Translate” on Incident form. If user clicks on “Translate” button then system calls Cameleon
translation REST API and sends source language, target language and message in query parameter.
It shows translated message in popup window to agent.

select different options from chatbot to raise incident such as outlook issue, disk issue, memory
issue, browser issue and software issue.
