Product TUFF WEARTM ANTISTICK is an especially designed nano particles incorporated epoxy base
Description product that provides high gloss, low coefficient friction coating to protect against turbulence,
abrasion and cavitation’s. Tuff wearTM Antistick is recommended for sealing and protecting
equipment from corrosion and wear. It also works as a top coat over Wear Resistant Putty / Pneu
Wear/ Wearing Compound for applications requiring surface rebuilding and lasting protection. This
product is an ideal choice for coating of hoppers, chutes, condensers, inside pipelines, tube sheets,
pump casing.

Directions for Use


Surface
Preparation
Proper surface preparation is important for the long term performance of the
product. The product performance and service life depends upon proper surface
preparation and strict adherence to instructions pertaining to application.
 Surface preparation should be done by grit blasting or by roughening of the
surface using portable grinder. It is recommended that the surface should be
grit blasted to a near white metal standard.
 Surface should be clean from oil/ grease/rust and moisture before application.
 Preheat the substrate to warm touch for removal of moisture.

Mixing
 Resin and Hardener should be mixed thoroughly until a mixture of uniform
Colour is obtained.
 Be sure to mix along the sides and bottom

Application
 Immediately after grit blasting, a thin layer of material should be rubbed onto
the surface to “wet” for good adhesion
 Apply properly mixed material on the prepared surface by airless spray or roller
or brush or trowel.
 Recoating interval of 4-6 hours is recommended.

Tips for Working Working time and cure time depends on temperature and mass:
 Higher the temperature, faster the cure.
 Larger the mass of material mixed, faster the cure.
 To speed the cure of epoxies at low temperatures: Pre-heat repair
surface until warm to the touch.
 To slow the cure of epoxies at high temperature, mix epoxy in small
masses to prevent rapid curing
 Cool resin/hardener component(s).

Shelf life One year if stored under recommended conditions of storage.

Safety Inhalation: - If inhaled, remove fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration.
Instructions Give medical attention immediately
Eye contact: - in case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least
15 min. get medical attention immediately.
Skin contact: - After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of warm soapy
water. Get medical attention if irritation develops. Wash the cloth before reuse. Clean
shoes thoroughly before use
