The Executed length is = 641.95 m

Line 1 1 00 160 HOPE

1. Connection of the newly constructed OD 160 HDPE to the existing DN 200 D.L
pipeline at Ch . 0+00 not yet done.
2. Reinstatement of asphalt cutting for road crossing from Ch . 0+05 to Ch. 0+014
length = 9 m not yet done.
3. Reinstatement of interlocking tiles 2 X 2 = 4 m' from Ch. 0+014 to Ch . 0+016 not
yet done.
4. U.F.H. No.1 at Ch. 0+120
The U.F.H. has been installed & in good condition. The concrete box was installed.
The concrete cover to be constructed. Granular material to be placed inside the box.
Sign post & marker post to be erected.
5. U.F.H. No.2 at Ch. 0+230
The U.F.H. has been installed & in good condition. The concrete box was installed.
The concrete cover to be constructed . Granular material to be placed inside the box.
Sign post & marker post to be erected.
6. U.F.H. No. 3 at Ch. 0+380
The U.F.H. has been installed & in good condition. The concrete box was installed.
The concrete cover to be constructed . Granular material to be placed inside the box.
Sign post & marker post to be erected.
7. G.V. No. 2 at Ch. 0+395
The concrete chamber has been constructed the G.V. & fittings are in good
condition . External & internal finishing for the chamber need to be done. Sign post &
marker post need to be erected . Spindle extension & aluminum grating cover need
to be installed. Aluminum ladder need to be installed. Corrosion protection inside
chamber to be done.
8. Connection of the newly constructed OD 160 to the existing DN 150 D.L pipeline at
Ch. 0+398 not yet done.

The concrete chamber has been constructed. The G.V. & fittings are in good
condition. External & internal finishing need to be done. Sign post & marker post
need to be erected. Spindle extension & aluminum grating cover need to be
installed. Aluminum ladder need to be installed. Corrosion protection inside chamber
to be done.
2. U.F.H. No.4 at Ch. 0+080
The U.F.H. has been installed & in good condition. The concrete box was installed.
The concrete cover to be constructed. Granular material to be placed inside the box.
Sign post & marker post to be erected.
3. U.F.H . No.5 at Ch. 0+225
The U.F.H. has been installed & in good condition. The concrete box was installed.
The concrete cover to be constructed. Granular material to be placed inside the box.
Sign post & marker post to be erected .
4. G.V. No.4 at Ch. 0+240
The concrete chamber has been constructed. The G.V. & fittings are in good
condition. External & internal finishing need to be done. Sign post & marker post
