The 70th Anniversary of the Kingdom of Thailand – the Republic of Indonesia

Diplomatic Relations

Objective
1. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between
the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Indonesia.
2. The Logo will be used in all activities during the whole year of 2020 in events prepared
and official documents for the two countries.
Timeline
1. Application period: 2 December 2019 – 2 January 2020
2. Announcement date: 15 January 2020
Theme
“70 Years Indonesia - Thailand: Innovation and Creativity”
Rules
1. The Candidate must hold Thai or Indonesian nationality.
2. The competition is for individual only.
3. One candidate can submit only ONE logo design.
4. The Logo design should appropriately include the characteristics of the two countries.
5. The Logo design must be: (1) designed by computer programme only (2) no larger than
3MB (3) above 300 dpi resolution (4) in PNG and JPEG format.
6. The Logo design shall contain wording “70th Anniversary of Thailand – Indonesia
Diplomatic Relations”.
7. Upon a submission, the Candidate shall attach a brief explanation (Thai, Indonesian, or
English), no more than 1 page, together with the filled application form, a copy of national
ID card or passport and the logo design.
8. The Logo design shall be submitted as “.png” and “.jpg” files through 70indothai@gmail.com
no later than 2 January 2020.
9. The winning announcement shall be published on the websites of Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Thailand and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Thailand.
Terms and Conditions
1. The logo design shall be an original design, not infringe upon third party’s copyright and
never be published before in any country.
2. When the winner and the runner-up are awarded, he/she shall agree to assign the
copyright of the logo to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Embassy of
the Republic of Indonesia in Thailand.

Awards
1. The winner: two (2) economy class round-trip tickets (Bangkok ↔ Jakarta)
and 10,000 Baht in cash.
2. The runner-up: one (1) economy class round-trip ticket (Bangkok ↔ Jakarta)
and 5,000 Baht in cash.
