1.1 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
This course provides the overview of beam forming techniques, basics of radar signal.

1.2 OBJECTIVES
a) To provide the overview of Radar signal processing basics.
b) To help the individuals to understand the radar signal processing basics.

1.3 COURSE COVERAGE

Introduction to the radar signal processing basics. To understand the radar signal
processing basics, sampling theorem and aliasing, signal processing blocks, handling cutter,
MTI and pulse cancellers, Doppler filters, Magnitude estimation algorithms, Implementations
of CFAR, coherent and non-coherent integration, integration gain, adaptive MTI, zero
velocity filter and ground clutter MAP, binary integration, side lobe
blanker/canceller(SLB/SLC).

1.4 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

a) After completion of the training an individual has to undergo the evaluation through
tests and practicals.
b) Upon successful qualification post training, the individual will receive a certificate of
successful completion from the Faculty Institution.
