INTRODUCTION
This document contains a set of general questions for the customer to answer in preparation for a
Planning Services engagements involving Microsoft Azure. These questions are intended to provide
insight into the customer’s current environment and help the consultant prepare for the proper
scenarios for Utilizing Microsoft Azure. The customer is asked to make their best reasonable effort at
providing a high-level response to these questions, understanding that for many of these general
questions, full investigation of the response should be deferred until the Microsoft Azure deployment
project commences.
