 Scooping and screening Office key stakeholders.

Meeting and interactions with the provincial


government ministries, departments and directorates, INGOs and NGOs functioning in the
province, CBOs and academic institutions in surkhet on the GAADI objectives, goals and
purpose of GAADI’s physical existence in surkhet and Mali Province. We reported on the
GAADI capacity and its outlook in various thematic sectors. The interaction was conducive to
going through the strategic areas of shared mutual interest and future areas of potential
cooperation, coordination, and collaboration.
 Rapport Building with local NGOs, and INGOs, CBOs Local Municipal and Rural Anailo
governments.
 Ratna Highway Traffic Flow Survey coordination and survey administration in whole; Survey
tool development, data collection, compilation, data entry management, survey management and
reporting framework development. Coordination with the line agencies and required stakeholders
for the steady implementation of the survey; meeting and secondary data collection with the NGO
of Physical Development, Road Division Anailo, Xxxni post-Anailo, Traffic Tato Office Anailo
and Central Bureau of Statistics.

concerns, reviews, comments, and feedbacks gathered during the workshop were incorporated
into the report. GAADI rewrote the document with revisions from the workshop organized and
handed-over.

 Study of the pre& post 2012 and TATO Charter for Mali Province AnailoAnailo
 Sectorial conceptual proposal note development based on scoping and screening during the
discussion with various provincial ministries and conveyed over to the relevant line agencies to
mainstream into upcoming fiscal year programs and policies. The conceptual notes were that of
mainstreaming disaster risk management in the provincial agenda backed with established
scientific risk and venerability of the province, health determinants of the migrant work and the
prevalence of the infectious fatal communicable disease from the northern trade route and support
conception for the establishment of the scientific hydrological and meteorological department in
the province to translate the Agro-herbal potential of the province into realism.
 Participation and consultation with the provincial ministries and thematic departments about the
upcoming 076/077 fiscal year programs and policies. Objectives were to confer, influence and
mainstream programs and policies that are better in synergy with the province’s potential
resources and fill the policies, programs, and databases gap that better fill the development
voidness of the province and its indigenous societies. The key highlighted issues considered were
the vision of the technical education of the province, districts and provincial data inputs in the
environment, water, pasturelands, bio-diversity, energy, human settlement heritage, and pro
mountain agricultural system. The ultimate objectives was to inspire to develop environmental
profile, water security profiles, livestock intervention plans, mountain agriculture technology
inventories, energy security plans, WASH situation analysis and intervention, concrete LAPA
tools and programs corresponding to each local bodies that could serve as the prominent basis to
integrate SDGs in each of the local government plans and policies.

diseases that increases the risk factor of Humli communities to Mali Province AnailoAnailo,
NGO of Social Development.

development plan, policy and projects.

 Participation in the NGO level program scoping meetings and workshop for the fiscal year 2076-
77 budget of various ministries.
