PREFACE
Summer training is an integral part of our academic curriculum. During the training a student
gets an opportunity to set the practical aspect of theory. Theory makes the concept clear. I feel
great pleasure in submitting this piece of work as my training project, taken from the Human
Resource Department of Valentia company, lucknow .

I hope that this work provides fruitful result in the eyes of the reader in all the aspect. The project
deals with nearly all the aspects of MONTHLY PAYROLL PROCESSING AND SALES
INCENTIVE MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEES. I have tried my best to cover nearly all the
aspects related to the topic. This report is an attempt to present a little practical knowledge. In
my opinion the reader will be satisfied with the project in all aspects. I guarantee the original and
authenticity of this project.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project on “MONTHLY PAYROLL PROCESSING AND SALES INCENTIVE
MANAGAMENT OF EMPLOYEES” is being prepared and presented with a view to educate
the readers about the what the term payroll stands for and what are incentives provided by a
company. The objective of the study is to analyze the monthly payroll processing of a company
and different incentives provided by it.

The chapter one of this report , states the major objectives of the study and states the
methodology of the research. The next chapter gives an overview of the entire dairy industry
proceeded by a next chapter which focuses on the company profile, vision , mission of the
company. The next chapter contains the detailed information about monthly payroll processing
of the company and the general information about the incentives and the various incentives
provided by a company. Another chapter tells you about the findings of the research work and at
the end there are suggestions and conclusion of the entire study.
