School Based Research Conference
Title of the Session
Duration, Date & December 11-12, 2019 / Isabela National High School – Senior High School Grounds
Venue
Target Participants & The participants of the conference are the student and teacher researchers of Isabela National High School. The student –
Profile researchers are from Grades 11 and 12 who are currently taking Practical Research 1 or Inquiry, Investigation and
Immersion Subject. The teacher – researchers are from the Junior High School and Senior High School Departments who
are currently working on their research papers.

Objectives
The School Based Research Conference deems to create a platform for student and teacher researchers in enhancing their
research studies. The participants should be able to submit the hard copy of their research and create a presentation
good for 10 minutes.

Terminal Objective
Terminal Objective:
At the end of the activity, the organizers should be able to:
1. Submit a terminal report of the activity; and
2. Submit the chapters 1-3 of the student and teacher-researchers.

Enabling Objectives 1. Develop the researching skills of the teachers and students;
2. Develop self-awareness and social consciousness among the participants;
3. Strengthen the speaking and writing abilities of the student and teacher - researchers; and

4. Encourage the teacher and student-researchers to contribute to the development of their communities.
