First Baptist Church
of Palos Verdes
Water Baptism

O n Sunday, April 28, a group from the

Beacon Light Mission and the Doors
of Hope Women's Shelter were
baptized at the First Baptist Church of Palos
Verdes.

This is a small church that has been

partnering with us for over 10 years. Their
ministry team is scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month. In addition to their ministry team, they have
been providing baptismal services for those coming to the Mission for help. Each year, during the Easter season,
they have shared their facilities to provide this meaningful Christian experience for new and restored believers in
Christ.

This year three people took advantage of this opportunity to publicly express their commitment to our Lord. They
included, Randi Lyn Tyburski, Kevin Vaughn and Joseph Louis Ramirez.

The Beacon Light Mission is committed to introducing people to Jesus Christ and to discipling them in life
changing faith, expecting God to do the impossible. Providing baptisms is a part of that process.

Many thanks to Pastor Richard Holt and the folks at the First Baptist Church of Palos Verdes for being a part of
this outreach ministry.
